Led by a certified instructor, engage in mindful asanas, connecting breath with movement to dissolve daily stresses and foster balance. Against the backdrop of Castle Farms’ history, this experience transcends, inviting spiritual awakening and inner peace. Join us in Northern Michigan for a transformative journey of healing and growth. Classes cost $30, run for an hour, and require bringing your yoga mat. Limited to 20 participants, with a minimum of 5 required. Tickets are nonrefundable, except if the class is canceled. Rain plan is inside Castle Farms.
