Rooms were not nearly as clean as they should be for the high prices of the rooms. Please see attached pictures. I informed front desk staff which they assured me the matter would be resolved but upon returning for a second stay, I once again was deeply disappointed in the lack of attention to the cleanliness upon returning from my trip, next room also was not particularly clean. First room was small, trim around entire room thick with dust, Keurig machine crusty with old coffee and smelled of mold, bed was made haphazardly with edges being poorly tucked in, windows themselves-not the sills, were very dirty. Second stay 2 days later due to other hotels being booked for the days I needed also was not up to par. Room was somewhat cleaner, as the easily visible trim was wiped but there was a thick layer of dust under the head of the 2 queen mattresses as well as behind the headboards, and all hallway trim still covered in thick layers of dust even after the manager assured me the cleaning staff was coached on doing a better job cleaning the rooms. As someone who cleans homes for a living, it is easy to tell the housekeeping crew here does not take pride in doing a good job. I would be embarrassed to le like that.
