On November 25^th, downtown Charlevoix pulls out all the stops! The day after Thanksgiving the celebration of the holiday season begins with the annual community tree lighting.

Looking for one of a kind holiday gifts? With so many unique stores, you can find something for everyone on your shopping list. Stores like Cherry Republic, the Lake House, Round Lake Bookstore, Rocking Horse Toy Store and 52 Weekends have amazing gifts. Bonus! Downtown stores will be offering exclusive savings on Black Friday.

Children of all ages are invited to stop in and make a fun craft to take home at the Charlevoix Circle of Arts from 3 to 5 pm. Activities will include holiday cookie decorating and a fun pinecone ornament craft. Stop in and have your child’s photo taken with Santa at Charlevoix State Bank between 3 and 5 pm.

Enjoy complimentary cookies and cocoa next to the Community Christmas Tree in East Park from 4 to 6pm. The holiday parade will begin at 5:30 with tree lighting celebration beginning at 6pm.
