I booked a stay in condo 201 which has beautiful views of Downtown Charlevoix and the bridge. The floor concept is open and spacious. Check in was a breeze and there is an elevator which was a bonus with the luggage. There are a few small things that need to be fixed, but overall the condo was in great condition.

Really nice facility, great to have some privacy and space in your own apartment. Basically these are one bedroom apartments with a separate living room / kitchen. Much better place to stay than a typical hotel. Price was very reasonable as well. The location is great and within walking distance to top destinations in downtown Charlevoix. Only complaint is that it can be challenging to find parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property for a 2 night stay over Thanksgiving. The location is ideal for downtown shopping and dinner. The unit was clean and well-prepped. The kitchenette is adequate for a light breakfast or lunch but would be difficult for cooking dinner. Good parking and access to the unit.

Stayed here for a buddies golf trip. Unit 211 recently updated, slept 5 adults comfortably. What sets this place apart is the location… less than a 30 minute drive to a number of quality courses and a 5 minute walk to several downtown restaurants and bars. All that and just a short walk away from the lake to enjoy the view with your morning cup of coffee. A+++ will stay again.

My family had a great time staying in unit 211. There are so many fun things to do near by. Walking distance to downtown, close to many golf courses and a short walk to the beach. Unit 211 has a great kitchen space and is clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.
