Tour was fun, but a tad stressful! We are inexperienced city folks. We wanted a water experience while on vacation, but weren’t ready for kayaking. Overall, it was a lot of fun and we had a lot of laughs. But this is not an easy float down the river. There were many more obstacles than we anticipated. Our family of 5 (kids 14, 12 and 9) had a little trouble navigating the river. We could have used more help from the staff. They didn’t help us get in or out of the raft. Instead of keeping the raft steady and up against the shore, the two staff members just stood there and watched while we got in. We felt very unprepared going into the experience until one staff member showed me a video. I found it super helpful to watch what we were getting ready to navigate, but would’ve appreciated some helpful steering tips from the pros. Everyone was super friendly though. *Important to note we went after a full day of rain and finished the 1.5 hour raft trip in an hour due to fast flowing waters.

This was so much fun! An even better experience than we had expected! The rafts were super comfortable and the views were amazing! We had never been winter rafting before, but true to their promise, we stayed completely dry and had hot chocolate (or tea or hot cider) and cookies halfway through. Our guide was very fun and knowledgeable and it was so peaceful on the water! 1000% you should go here and have this experience!

Great experience from get go all the way through the Trip. Top notch experience. Family run. Smiles all around too.

I have not made it up to Jordan River outfitters YET, But let me tell you, I will give them my business. Karen, A wonderful employee with Jordan River outfitters, took the time out to call me two weeks in a row, giving me updates on the progress of the leaves changing so I can make my visit up there at the perfect time. With that kind of customer care and people that work there, I would say they’re amazing! Thank you so much, Karen !

Really nice staff. River was fun going down. We went after a rainy day and the currents were a little strong but still manageable.
