Excellent location. Room was comfortably updated. Nice selection of snacks and drinks available in the lo-bar. Nice view from the hi-bar. The pool/hot tub are small but uniquely laid out with full view garage doors separating the indoor pool from outside. Edward, the GM was very accommodating when we reached out with questioned about our room. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple days and it was perfect. The bar snacks and drinks were fantastic. All of the staff members were so nice. The location was perfect. We want to come back when it’s a little warmer so we can fully enjoy the hi bar with the water views. I asked for roses to celebrate and it was just so perfect. Quick responses, better than I could’ve asked for! The worst part about this place was the parking, but they let you know in advance. We somehow managed to continue to drive around and find a spot so it wasn’t really a big issue. We will be back. 10/10 would recommend.

Very clean hotel & prompt professional service. We loved the unique design of the hotel. The lobby / bar area is a very cozy area to grab a drink and hang out. The pool and hot tub were both very clean. Edward, the general manager, was extremely accommodating. We lucked out and even got to see the northern lights from the roof!

The hot tub was broken for my whole stay. This is a big selling point for this hotel vs others that were closer to skiing. It is why I booked this room. There were no accommodations or work arounds or refunds for the guests. I eventually found out that the americinn does passes for $5 non hotel guests. Seems like I'm being high maintenance but I really enjoy it after a day skiing. The rooms are nice, but there are no vents in the bathroom, not good for hot showers or when your friends go #2. Beds are very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was good but I would have like real scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled. I think if you're staying in Charlevoix this could be a good option. However, it is not worth going out the way to stay there.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice, but they charged a $35/day amenity fee at check in for the continental breakfast, pool and fitness centers, although we had “paid fully” online before arriving. Also the parking lot is super tiny, so chances are you might have to park on the road
