Size: 75 acres

Trail: A 1½ mile trail system meanders through the preserve, providing views of Lake Charlevoix. A neighbor to the preserve has been grooming cross-country ski trails in the winter.

Land Description: Located across the road from Camp Sea-Gull, Hayes Township Park which offers access to Lake Charlevoix. Once a farm, the property includes a pine plantation, open fields, and a high, forested ridge.

Directions: From the intersection of US-31 just north of Charlevoix, head east on the Boyne City-Charlevoix Road and travel 5.3 miles. The preserve is found on the left (north) side of the road, directly across the street from Hayes Township’s Camp Sea-Gull property.
