I will keep coming back to this location, BECAUSE of wonderful employees like Bethany! She was the only person making sandwiches and cashing people out. She was VERY communicative, she let every person know (with grace and kindness), that she’s the only one there and it would take a few extra moments. Everyone kindly acknowledged her and let her work her magic with no complaints. This woman busted out 6 sandwiches in the matter of 5 minutes! Then with patience, grace and sooo much kindness, handled a hard of hearing and also kind of confused customer. She is super amazing at what she does, is very well at managing people and does it all with a smile on her face! Thank you, Bethany!

We really like the decor in this subway. The sandwiches were really good but the store was really busy so it took a long time to get thru the line. I suggest using the app if you are in a hurry. The staff was very friendly. The only downer was that the manager(??) wheeler out the garbage bin right thru the people waiting to order and by the tables where we were eating. Maybe he should wait until it’s not busy.

I’m honestly upset that such a popular business seems to have no regards for there costumers. I order from the subway probably once a month and every time I do there’s something wrong with my order. I only use the online ordering app and I always give them an hour advance of when I want my order ready. I have experienced rude employee after rude employee. I placed my order at 1030 for my order to be ready by 11:45.. when I arrived at this subway I waited another 20 mins well they made food for people in line and ignored my online order. When I made a comment I was not only given attitude but told my pre ordered sandwich was not important compared to people standing in line that had not paid yet for there food. I have ordered food and had everything ready on time but no chips or drinks are ever put by my order, I always have to grab them my self only to receive attitude from employees as if I’m stealing something that should’ve been put with my food. I will no longer be ordering food from this subway. Please management get your employees in order.

We came in for a party platter and the young gentleman up at the front counter was wonderful! (Keith, I believe) Instead of just saying "I haven't learned this yet" or something like that, he took the time to connect with his boss for more info on how to do catering orders and he helped us the same night! Keith did a great job of giving us information about the different catering and party platters that subway offers. Keith said he was new, but he still did an amazing job helping us and was extremely professional, patient, kind and friendly! Very obvious to us that he is a fast learner and good at his job! He even talked us into a yummy sub-sandwich after we placed our catering order!😉 Below is a picture of the delicious build your own sandwich he made me, packed full of healthy and delicious meat and veggies! Keith is the perfect employee to model the values and good food of the Subway company! His managers should be proud!
