They are a small, hometown theatre in Charlevoix, Michigan. They recently renovated the entire theater and added digital projectors, a new sound system, and new seats. If you haven't been in to see the changes you should make it a priority.
Staff is always super friendly and asks how the movie was afterwards, prices are reasonable and we LOVE the 3D movies when they have them!

Nice small theater, though I feel for the cost they could be friendlier and put some more work in upkeep. Free refills on soda, popcorn refills are half price. There is a book lending library inside. Found a Groupon deal. Seating is choose your own. Women's room needing some attending.

Favorite movie theater. There's always 3D options, it's smaller rooms so it feels more comfortable, they have beer and wine if you choose, the staff are always amazing and very nice.

Staff were so personal. They gave my family individuized attention. Very smooth transition from buying our tickets to getting snacks. I wish I had gotten the lady's name because she even held the door open on our way out. She made us feel very welcomed. Thank you kind lady.
The cinema is smaller so it feels a little weird walking into 1 of 4 small entrances, but fear not the rooms are larger than I expected. The screen was very large compared to the seating.
I would have given this place 5 stars until I saw the bathroom. It wasn't disgusting ir smelly but to store toilet paper on cheap shelving completely exposed and under the sink is just so un classy. Then a roll of hand towels sitting on the counter and a slippery when wet sign just sitting out. There was also garbage just laying on the floor. Might want to clean that up between movies.
I get this is a smaller establishment but you have to come up with something better than that.
Overall I enjoyed my experience and would go back again. But please take some positive feedback and do something about the bathroom.

This is a small and unassuming movie theater and a real gift to have in the small city (or, biggish town) of Charlevoix. There are not a lot of options for entertainment in Charlevoix outside of the busy season and it's many festivals and markets, and catching a movie on a big screen and with good sound is a treat. I'm super grateful for Charlevoix Cinema III!
